End-user terms

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms govern the use of Comment Vault for Jira (the “App”), published by EDEV, SIRET 92002117700018, 6 rue sane 28200 (“we”). By installing or using the App, the organisation that installs it (“you”) accepts these terms.

1. License

Subject to a valid subscription purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace (or the free tier for up to 10 users), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App with your Atlassian cloud products for the subscription term. Fees, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), or use the App to infringe the rights of others or to break the law.

3. Your data

You keep all rights to your content. The App processes it only to provide its features, inside your Atlassian cloud, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Support and updates

We provide support by e-mail at contact@morglaz.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Paris time, with a target first response within two business days. We may update the App to fix issues, improve it or follow platform changes.

5. Warranty

The App is provided “as is”. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working as described, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. History is only available from the moment the App is installed and while recording is enabled.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amounts you paid for it during the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Term

These terms apply while you use the App. You may stop at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate access if you breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of our place of establishment, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
